We feed the unsheltered, build careers, walk people through recovery, keep kids on the field instead of the streets, and bring the message into schools across Arizona. This is community in action.
No appointment. No judgment. No condition you have to meet first.
SFE stands for Safety, Fellowship, Empowerment. We're not a program someone graduates from — we're a community someone joins. Our work is for everyone who wants to make a positive change, whether they're sleeping on a sidewalk, fighting addiction, raising kids, or running a classroom.
We show up with food and water for the unsheltered. We help people build resumes and get into interview clothes. We sit beside people in recovery as peers, not as case files. We get kids on a field, in a uniform, on a team. And we walk into schools to remind young people that they belong, they matter, and their next step is theirs to choose.
This is grassroots work. Street by street. Person by person. Heart first.
Creating spaces — physical and emotional — where people can land softly, breathe, and start again.
Real human connection. Peer support that says I've been there too instead of let me fix you.
Tools, opportunities, belief — the resources to change a life and the conviction that change is possible.
From the sidewalk to the classroom, our programs meet people where they are — and walk with them toward where they want to go.
We bring food, water, clothing, and basic supplies directly to our unsheltered neighbors. No paperwork. No qualifying. If someone's hungry, we feed them. If someone's cold, we bundle them up. If someone needs to talk, we sit down.
Resume-building sessions, interview coaching, and professional attire — the toolkit to walk into a job interview and walk out with the offer.
Certified peer recovery coaching for people fighting addiction or rebuilding from homelessness. A 24-hour hotline. A network that says you're not alone in this.
We believe in sports. Teams build accountability, friendship, discipline, and joy. We get kids active, plugged into community, and surrounded by adults who believe in them — because the right team can change a kid's whole trajectory.
Real talk for schools, youth groups, recovery communities, and corporate teams about leadership, choices, resilience, and the power of belonging to something bigger than yourself. See the full talk topics →
Our founder Danielle Kramer, CPRC, takes the work of SFE Streets AZ from the sidewalk to the stage. She speaks to students, teachers, athletes, parents, and communities about choosing connection over isolation, service over apathy, and resilience over rock bottom.
"Every kid deserves to hear, out loud, that they matter — that their choices count, that someone believes in them, and that there's a community waiting for them to show up."
Whether it's a middle school assembly, a high school athletic banquet, a recovery conference, or a community event — Danielle shows up with stories, conviction, and the kind of energy that gets a room moving.
Inspiring others to reach their potential and building rooms where everyone feels valued.
The everyday decisions that shape character — and the small ones that change everything.
Building a mindset that doesn't just endure adversity but grows through it.
Why service to community is the fastest path to personal purpose — for adults and teens alike.
How being on a team builds the skills that keep young people active, driven, and connected.
Replacing isolation with belonging, and showing students what their seat at the table looks like.
Most talks run 30–60 minutes and can be scaled for assemblies, classroom visits, or workshops. Available across Arizona — and traveling.
